Returns & Exchange Policy
Damage During Transit:
If an item is damaged during transit, please let us know within 5 calendar days of delivery. We will then process a claim to get the damaged item repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you. Please keep all original packaging materials during this time as they may be required for a damage claim.
Exchange or Returns

Exchanges or returns of new, unused cabinets or vanities can be made
within 7 calendar days of delivery. Exchange or return requests made after this time period will not be granted. Due to the fragile nature and size of
we do not recommend exchanges or returns for these items.
Request for Exchange or Returns:
Please notify us that you will exchanging or returning an item. We will then provide you a returns authorization number for the exchange or return. Please make sure this is written on the address label of your return. With your return shipment, please also include a short note and contact information regarding this
Once we have received the item being exchanged or returned, please allow us up to
10 business days to process your
request. Please note that all exchanges or returns are subject to a
15% restocking fee. If the item is damaged or used in any way, your request will be denied. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. If the item shipped with a free shipping promotion, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from your balance. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Return Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs back to us.
Please purchase insurance for all return shipments in
case of damage or loss. We are not responsible for the item should it be damaged or lost during transit.
Exchange or Return Shipment Deadline:
All exchanges or returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days
of requesting a returns authorization number. If your return shipment is received beyond this time period, your request will be denied. It will then be your responsibility to have the item shipped back to you if you miss this deadline.
Should there be a need to cancel an order placed, please let us know as soon as possible. If paying with a credit card and your order has not been processed, no charge will be made. If your credit card payment has been processed, a
4.5% credit card transaction fee will be charged for the cancellation. If your order has already shipped, you may return the item once you have received it, following the above guidelines. Please note that there is no way for us to cancel a shipment while it is in transit.
