Shipping Policies
Express Shipping:
Express shipping options are available for all of our products. Please call or e-mail us with your mailing information and we'll be happy to provide you a quote.
Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day options are all available.
Free Shipping Promotions:
Free shipping only applies to shipping of the promotional item using standard shipping. If your order contains items not eligible for free shipping, you will be charged the standard shipping rate for those items.
Inside Delivery Service:
This option is available if assistance is needed moving
larger items into your home or other designated area
away from the curb. Please note that this
typically includes moving the shipment through the first
door of your house only, usually the front door or
garage. If two or more people are
present to help move the shipment, then it may not be
necessary to select this option.
International
Shipping (including AK, HI, Canada & abroad):
Please call us with your mailing information for a shipping quote to your location. Please note that all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We use FedEx International as well as the US Postal Service for international orders.
Lift-Gate
Unloading:
This option is available if assistance is needed
unloading larger items from the delivery truck. If
two or more people are present to help unload the
shipment from the truck, then it may not be necessary to
select this option.
Local Pick Up/Will Call:
All in-stock items can be picked up from our showroom/warehouse in Hayward. We do not charge additional fees for local pick ups.
Same Day Shipping:
Orders placed before 2 PM PST are eligible to be shipped out on the same day using standard
ground shipping. Orders placed after 2 PM PST or during weekends will ship out on the next business day.
This does not apply to larger shipments using freight as
they have set delivery days for each destination.
We will ship out on the day that requires the least
handling and transit time for the items to reach you,
usually on Thursday or Friday. This ensures your
order will arrive in a safe and timely manner.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping starts at $6.95 for all smaller accessories. Flat rate shipping is just $9.95 for all accessories, faucets, mirrors, shower panels and sinks. Shipping for
most vanities is just $89.95 per set. Shipping for our
larger vanities, as specified, will be $149.95 per set. If your delivery address is outside of the 48 contiguous
United States, please give us a call for a shipping quote.
We do ship international orders.
Standard Shipping:
We use FedEx Ground for most shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Delivery times range from 2 business days to no longer than 7 business days, but are not guaranteed. Smaller accessories will be shipped using USPS Priority, which takes just 2 to 3 days for delivery.
Larger or multiple items may ship out using a freight
company and will be palletized for protection. Freight
shipments typically are delivered within 3 business days
once it has shipped. Once an order has been shipped out, you will be provided tracking information for your shipment.
