"We are building a new house in Iowa and two of the bathrooms are
somewhat small. On 8/22/07, I ordered the Geneva and Milan
vessel/vanity/mirror groupings from Superiorbath.com. They arrived
today, 8/29/07, via FedEx Ground Shipping. Everything was packed like
it was headed to the Smithsonian. I loaded the car and met our plumber
at the construction site. We opened and inspected every piece. The
faucets were even encased in soft cloth bags inside bubble wrap. He and
I were both extremely impressed with the quality of every piece. The
solid oak stained in dark mahogany is gorgeous. I had some questions
prior to placing the order and spoke with Bonnie who promptly e-mailed
me all the info I needed. I am SIMPLY THRILLED and intend to order more
pieces. I can't wait for the walls to get finished so they can be

"I checked out the web site (at the time I didn't know it was spam), and since I only live 20 minutes from the store, I ended up going there and meeting Bonnie and Bernard. I eventually bought the Geneva, and I'm pretty pleased with my purchase, although I'm not sure I would order again.
Upside: the products look solidly built, the pieces look really nice installed, and the medicine cabinet especially looks very nice. You can communicate effectively with them—Bonnie especially is very nice and helpful. The prices are very reasonable.
The main problems: They were out of stock for the dark medicine cabinet, so I paid for it at the same time I paid for the rest of the Geneva set--they said it would be in the next shipment. After several weeks when I called, they told me it wasn't coming on this shipment, and would be here in the next one--a month later. After I moaned and groaned, they did call me the next day and said it was here, so who knows what happened. They also forgot the legs to my standing cabinet, and when I got them, the contractor said the legs looked like they didn't belong to the piece--we sort of had to gerry-rig it. Finally, the "free" drain stuff that came with the order didn't fit, so we had to buy new p-trap, etc. to fit.
I think that on balance, I tend toward not repurchasing rather than repurchasing, simply because there were one too many challenges with the process. But having said that, I think that there are worse places from which to purchase, and overall, I'm pleased with my furniture. I really had a hard time finding what I was looking for (wenge colored wood, small footprint, mid-priced) from other businesses, I would add.
As a side note, when I looked at a piece of Ronbow furniture at another store, the build quality looked similar (maybe not the same) to the superiorbath product. I’ve had the products installed for about two months now." Local Customer, CA
